GSA MOBIS

MOBIS is an acronym for Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (“MOBIS”).  The MOBIS program offers a full range of management and consulting services that can improve a federal agency's performance and their endeavor in meeting mission goals.  The Metis Group is awarded three Special Item Numbers (“SINS”), described below.  View our MOBIS catalog at GS-10F-0090R.

• SIN 874-1 Consulting Services

The Metis Group provides expert advice, assistance, guidance or counseling in support of agencies' mission oriented business functions.  This broad classification of services allows us to work with agencies to address a variety of business improvement and strategic needs.

• SIN 874-6 Acquisition Management Support (formerly Privatization Support and Documentation)

The Metis Group provides support to agencies in conducting federal acquisition management activities, including those associated with source selection evaluation boards, on-site staffing needs and privatization of government functions.

• SIN 874-7 Program Implementation and Project Management Services

The Metis Group assists agencies in planning, initiating, managing, executing, and closing out mission-oriented business programs and projects.
